Shipping Coverage
Domestic Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Limitations: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in cases where our primary carriers (USPS/UPS) cannot confirm delivery. International shipping is not available at this time.
Flat-Rate Shipping
$7.50 per order
This fixed rate covers professional packaging, logistical handling, and secure carrier delivery services. There are no hidden handling fees applied at checkout.
Sales Tax

We do not apply sales tax to orders at this time. The total price displayed in your cart before payment is the final amount you will pay.
Fulfillment Timeline
1. Order Processing (Handling)
Timeframe: 1 – 3 Business Days
All orders undergo quality inspection and secure packing at our San Mateo warehouse before being handed to the carrier.
Business days are defined as Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2. Carrier Transit Time
Timeframe: 2 – 7 Business Days
Delivery speed is determined by the destination’s proximity to our California facility and carrier route efficiency.
Note: Peak seasons or extreme weather may affect these windows.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3 – 10 Business Days
Processing Cut-off
Time: 2:00 PM (PST), Monday – Friday
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM PST typically enter processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, will begin processing the next available business day.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, a tracking number (USPS or UPS) will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status in their portal.
