Returns & Refunds Policy

At Parc Lisboa, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy provides clear guidelines on return eligibility, timelines, and the refund process for our physical consumer products.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in **new, unused, and original condition**.
  • The item must be in its **original packaging**.
  • The return request must be initiated within the allowed timeframe.

Return Window: 20 Days

You must contact us to initiate a return within 20 days from the date your tracking status shows as “Delivered”.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items and Clearance items.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns requested outside of the 20-day window.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, Parc Lisboa, LLC will rectify the issue immediately.

Requirements for Claims:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged item and the shipping packaging.
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the defect.

Note: In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label or a full refund at no cost to the customer.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customer Pays Shipping

For “Change of Mind” returns, ordering the wrong size/color, or items no longer needed.

Store Pays Shipping

For items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled by our warehouse.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our San Mateo facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline: 3 – 7 Business Days

Approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

*Note: Your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your statement.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted **ONLY for defective or damaged items** (same product). For all other changes, please return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested before the order is processed (refer to our cut-off time of 2:00 PM PST). Once an order has been handled or shipped, it follows the standard return policy.
